NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC

Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as

listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.

Single Source – Premier Support for Microsoft

The identified vendor will:

1. Managed Services – Premier Support for Microsoft, including 24x7 technical support,

incident resolution, Microsoft escalation, engineering support, and advisory services.

Procurement Timing/Deadlines:

1. Services to be provided for a 12-month period beginning September 1, 2026

If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed

above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to

sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..

In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on

the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.

Notice expires on September 14, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
