Project Description: The City of Tallahassee, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), by way of this document, requests Recordkeeping Services for the City of Tallahassee Defined Contribution and Deferred Compensation Plans. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a provider for administration and recordkeeping services for the City’s defined contribution and deferred compensation plans. The successful provider will assist in streamlining and consolidating the City’s administrative tasks,; therefore, the provider's ability to provide cutting-edge systems technology, participant communication, and conversion implementation is vitally important.
