The intent of this invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor to purchase our annual requirements and to furnish and deliver Petroleum Products for Aviation and Rental Vehicles and related services on an âas neededâ basis in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions therein for the Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH). Any contract issued subsequent to this solicitation shall be identified as a requirements-type contract, and estimated quantities stated herein are reflective of past usage and proposed usage only.
