Description
Parks Canada requires a demolition contractor to perform the demolition to decommission 10 (ten) residential buildings, accessory buildings, and associated debris that contain Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials (contamination) on properties within the boundaries of the Rouge National Urban Park (RNUP).
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $500,000, Taxes extra.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
