The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Revenue (DOR), intends to renew an agreement with SAS Institute, Inc., for up to 36 months. The agreement is to provide software licensing, maintenance, and support related to SAS Institute's Analytics & Visual Analytics Platform Suite.
SAS Institute, Inc. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates and patches. The required products or services are not available through a third-party vendor.
