The Town of Williston is soliciting bids for "1 New, 2026, latest model at time of delivery, 35,000# GVWR minimum, truck cab and chassis."
The bid can be submitted via mail or email. If by mail, the bid can be submitted in a sealed envelope which shall be plainly marked: "Williston Truck Cab and Chassis Proposal". If by email, title of the Email shall be “ Town of Williston 2027 Truck Cab and Chassis Bid” and must include a copy of the Towns bid sheet from RFP. Emails can be sent to Bruce Hoar, Public Works Director, at bhoar@willistonvt.org by no later than May 21, 2026 by 1 PM.

*Before completing this application, please read the Town of Williston Temporary Events Ordinance. Applications
must be submitted no fewer than (45) calendar days prior to the commencement of a proposed Temporary Event for
events with an estimated total of 40-199 people and no fewer than 60 calendar days prior if an estimated total of 200 or
more people. If you need more space to enter information, include it on a separate document and submit it with your
application.

* $25 application fee that can be paid online or via check made out to the Town of Williston.
* A site map.
* Schedule of events.
* A list of the names and mailing addresses of owners of property within 500 feet of the boundaries of the
parcel(s) where the Temporary Event is proposed, and an accompanying set of business-size envelopes
