Description
Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT) seeks to engage a professional consulting team comprised of Prime Consultant - Architect, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, interior designer (as required) along with landscape architect and code consultant for the work. This work will include, but not limited to design, construction documentation, and construction administration required for the construction of two (2) fifteen-bed student housing buildings and a new 38-space daycare building with classrooms at NVIT’s main campus in Merritt, BC. The Prime Consultant will lead the consultant team and will be required to provide the capabilities listed in the RFP Project Scope. The team will work under the direction of a Project Manager assigned by NVIT. Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RFP.
