NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Horizon Enterprises Plumbing & Heating, Inc., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source.
Urgent request to Urgent Remove/Replace Roof Top Unit at Bread Springs. Unit is old and releasing high level of carbon monoxide and needs to be replaced. The unit provides heat to Kitchen/cafeteria area of the main school building.
The anticipated delivery is May 31, 2025.
