Description
The objective of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to establish a roster of prequalified roofing inspectors for future inspection requirements. The University seeks to identify and engage up to three (3) qualified contractor(s) specializing in Roofing Inspection Services. The scope of work for these services includes, but is not limited to, the following key activities:
• Conducting thorough inspections of all roofing systems, including structural and non-structural components, periodically and as requested
• Providing detailed reports on the condition of the roofs, identifying any damage, wear, or deficiencies
• Offering expert recommendations for necessary repairs, replacements, or maintenance and providing estimated costs for the repairs
• Ensuring that all inspections comply with ARCA standards
• Collaborating with MacEwan University to prioritize any corrective actions based on the inspection findings
