Requires grading, placing crushed surfacing base course (CSBC) and hot mix asphalt (HMA) for the median crossover. The project will also remove the existing bridge 90/216, this includes removing the superstructure, piers, and foundations of the piers 1, 3, and 5. The project will also rebuild existing I-90 affected by the removal of pier 3, this includes earthwork, CSBC, HMA, and restoring delineation and safety features, traffic control and other work. Involves 36 items and 35 working days. Work class 13, demolition.
