Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Forests is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Megan Osmond-Jones (the “Supplier”).

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.

The contract will involve:
-Content development: Writing clear, concise, and engaging text and preparing presentations on silviculture surveying based on provided information (e.g., past documents, bullet points, comments, etc.). Adapting content to fit an online learning environment and developing learning outcomes.

-Structural editing: Assessing and shaping the overall organization and content of the material to optimize it for the intended audience, medium, and purpose.

-Stylistic editing: Editing to clarify meaning, ensure coherence and flow at the paragraph and sentence level, and refine the language.

-Copy editing: Reviewing material to ensure correct and consistent grammar, punctuation, spelling and usage.

-Proof reading: Examining material after its textual and visual elements have been laid out to correct any errors and confirm that the design effectively supports communication.

-Document design: Designing and formatting documents for final publication.
