Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. for DPW
Project 26061 ISCI Unit 7 & Education Bldg Roof Replacement, Idaho Department of Corrections,
Kuna, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: the reroofing of ISCI, Unit 7 and
Education buildings. Alternate No. 1: Unit 7, Roof Area ‘B’.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, June 11, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Idaho State Correctional Institute, 13500 S. Pleasant Valley Road, Kuna, Idaho. Bidders
are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
