The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) seeks to establish a contract with a vendor to support the Human Capital Performance and Learning (HCPL) team. The selected vendor will assist in the design, management, delivery, continuous improvement, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness initiatives, leadership development programs, and executive coaching services. HCPL is responsible for cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across WMATA. The team designs, implements, and manages programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
