NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are invited by the City of Stockton, California for
specifications for PUR 26-010 Sodium Hypochlorite and Aqueous Ammonia for the Delta
Water Treatment Plant in strict accordance with the specifications.
The City of Stockton is seeking competitive bids for Sodium Hypochlorite (12.5%) and Aqueous
Ammonia (19%) for the Delta Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) as required for a period of five (5)
years.
The bid specifications and forms can be obtained from the City of Stockton’s website at
www.stocktonca.gov/mudbid and must be electronically delivered to city.clerk@stocktonca.gov
up to but not later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, October 09, 2025.
A non-mandatory job walk will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 10:00 A.M (PST)
promptly at the Delta Water Treatment Plant located at 11373 N. Sacramento Rd. Lodi, CA
95242. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
