STATEMENT OF WORK





CGC BRISTOL BAY OPFAC: 09-17502 LOCATION: Detroit, MI



EQUIPMENT: Hi-Fog Water Mist Fire Suppression System



COMPONENT AFFECTED: ANNUAL INSPECTION OF SYSTEM/ Renewal of 29 Bottles and certified



MPC: R-A-13380, R-M-13373, R-C-14526



Contractor must be HI-FOG certified Technician. Contractor must set up water mist system for testing; complete the water mist system test; and place water mist system back in normal operation once test is completed. Contractor must ensure all connections, fittings, and equipment within the water mist system are operating correctly as well. Contractor shall use MPC R-A-13380, R-M-13373, R-C-14526 as guidance.



Any discrepancies found shall be noted; and corrected only if no other cost is needed. If any discrepancy causes cost outside the quote, this shall be routed through customer before discrepancy is corrected.
