Amendment 01 is being issued to add a MANDATORY site visit, extend the due date, update techincal requirements (Attachment A23 RFQ Instructions for Vendors) and post questions and answers from the request for quote.
The site visit is scheduled for October 24th, 2025, at 10:00 am EST. Site Visit: Site visits was scheduled based upon the availability of the POC.

The Site visit will take place on Friday, October 24th, 2025, at 10:00 am EST and is mandatory. Please bring a valid driver's license to access the DFAS Indianapolis (DFAS-IN) facility. No extension will be granted for the submission of quotes or to conduct a second site visit.
A sign-in sheet will be provided once you arrive at DFAS-IN; the name of your company and the employee in attendance representing will be required on the sign in sheet to be considered for the award. **If you are entering into an agreement with a subcontractor, it is encouranged to have a representative from this company identified, as this is a requirement of the RFQ.
Please Note: Any questions asked during on-site visits will be documented. All questions and respective answers will be posted to RFQ to be viewable by all vendors by discretion of the contracting officer. The offer due date is also extended to November 3rd, 2025, at 5:00PM EST.

Additionally, a quotation does not constitute an award; therefore, an obligation to your company is not official until you receive the bilaterally signed contract for this service.

This Request for Quote is Firm Fixed Price. This is solicited as a 100% Small business set aside with an anticipated ordering period of 26 December 2025 to December 25, 2026 (and will include 4 one year options).
