Project Descripti
on:
The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of the rehabilitation and asphalt resurfacing of the existing roadway, replacement of existing curb and gutter, replacement of lead water services, driveway apron replacements, and new curb ramps at street intersections; located at 5th Avenue SE from 5th Street to 19th Street. The Project is expected to require two (2) construction seasons. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $4,390,000.
