Carson City invites qualified firms to submit sealed bids for the below referenced project. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications, and special conditions related hereto.
The U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division agreed to adopt Nevada’s prevailing wage rates for Davis-Bacon Highway, Heavy, and Building Wage Determinations. Consequently, the need to conduct a wage comparison between the federal and state rates no longer exists. Therefore, the Wage Comparison Worksheet is no longer required and not included with this solicitation.
