Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Replace three roof-top HVAC units and two boilers.

Estimated Cost Range: $483,000 to $583,000

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job), Riggers liability, Installation Floater, and Builder's Risk will be required. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "June 4, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "September 30, 2026."
