UNR - Upgrade Booster Pump Station at Sierra Hall and Parking Garage

Description of Work: Replace failing domestic water booster pump assembly and install ALC controls for campus BMS tie-in.

Estimated Cost Range: $45,000 to $145,000

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and an Equipment Floater will be required.  Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "May 18, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "July 31, 2026."
