Project Description: Lowhill Township, Lehigh County will receive sealed bids for the Old Village Road Overlay Project. Bids will be received via PennBid until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 21st, 2025.
All documents are available at no cost at PennBid (pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Lowhill Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Section 10.6.
Lowhill Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
