PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall perform the following work defined below in McCown Valley Park to include Asphalt full Depth Repair, Asphalt Crack and Chip Sealing, Culvert and Ditch Repairs, Culvert Replacement, Lofers Bend West Park Concrete Placement, Concrete Ribbon Curb, Concrete Slab Placement, and McCown Valley Park Concrete Ribbon Curb expansion. Product Service Code: Z2LB - REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF HIGHWAYS/ROADS/STREETS/BRIDGES/RAILWAYS 1. NAICS: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction / SIZE STANDARD - $45M AND IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE 2. CONTRACT TYPE: FIRM FIXED PRICE. 3. PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS 165 CALENDAR DAYS INCLUSIVE OF ALL CLINS 4. BID BOND IS 20% OR $3M, WHICHEVER IS LESS 5. BONDING CAPACITY MUST BE DEMONSTRATED (MINIMUM OF $1M, AND $2.5M ANNUAL AGGREGATE).
