NOTICE OF INVITATION

Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting supplemental vendors for Request for Qualifications for RFQ No. 23-05S2, Student Mentoring Services. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to add vendors to the existing prequalified pools established through RFQ 23-05 and 23-05S and will be effective upon Board Approval through initial term end date of June 30, 2026, with the option of up to two (2) one-year renewals for a maximum end date of June 30, 2028.

A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Friday, April 10, 2026 at  10:00 AM .  The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join online or over the phone.  Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Statements of Qualifications will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on April 17, 2026 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home .  Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted.  Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Submissions will not be read out loud since based on qualification criteria which could result in multiple vendor awards.
