Description:

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit professional planning and engineering services from qualified firms to create the Village of Weston (Village) Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan to document a strategy to improve accessibility and interconnectivity of pedestrian and bicycle accommodations throughout the Village and to networks in neighboring communities. The Village received Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) funding of $48,000 based on a $60,000 total cost for this project.


The Village will be using a Qualification-Based Selection (QBS) Process for consultant selection. Criteria and scoring to be used for QBS is included within this RFQ for reference.
