Project Description: The City of Brownsville is in search of vendor(s) for drug and alcohol testing lab services and pre-employment and promotional physicals in support of the City of Brownsville Drug and Alcohol Policy and best practices concerning employment and promotional physicals. This RFP is for the protection of public welfare, safety-sensitive, and Civil Service positions to assess and establish citizen confidence that employees are physically fit and eligible to work safely in a drug-free environment.
