7/8/2025: The Florida Department of Commerce (Commerce) is requesting sealed bids from qualified, certified, and licensed Fire Suppression System Companies to obtain competitive prices for the provision of all labor, supervision, associated hardware and materials, required permits, and equipment necessary to remove and replace portions of the the existing fire suppression system located in the attic of Commerce’s Caldwell Building, in accordance with the Project Manual (Exhibits B and C).
