Description
The City of Stonecrest (City) is seeking qualified and experienced bidders to respond to a fixed (one-time) project for the construction of three additional parking lots at the Southeast Athletic Complex (SAC) located immediately adjacent to the existing parking lot. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Construction Invitation to Bid (CITB).
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery and other incidentals necessary to perform the work requested herein and typical of these types of projects.
Prices offered on the Attachment "B" - Bid Cost Proposal Form (Bid Sheet) are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation.
