Sallisaw Sports Complex Soccer and Sports Courts

Separate sealed bids for an Sallisaw Sports Complex Soccer and Sports Courts for the City of Sallisaw will be received by the City of Sallisaw at the office of the City Clerk 115 East Choctaw, Sallisaw, OK 74955 or PO Box 525, Sallisaw, OK 74955, until 2:00 P.M., January 14, 2025 for furnishing tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary to be done in the construction of the above. Bids must be clearly marked on the sealed envelope Sallisaw Sports Complex Soccer and Sports Courts “Sealed Bid”.
All bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud by the City in 3rd Floor Conference Room of the City of Sallisaw at 2:00 P.M., January 14, 2025.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
The sealed proposal of each bidder shall be accompanied by a Noncollusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Experience and Equipment Questionnaire and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
