The City of Orem is currently accepting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the 2026 Windsor Park Sports Lighting Project. The WORK includes the completion of a fully operational lighting system for multiple sports areas within the park. The Contractor awarded shall install the improvements in accordance with the attached Construction Drawings and Specifications.
1.2 Obtaining RFP DocumentsProposal documents will be available online September 18, 2025 at https://utah.bonfirehub.com (Select the search bar > > enter “City of Orem” > Enter).
1.3 Receipt of ProposalsSealed proposals will be accepted online at Bonfire or by the Office of Community Development, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah 84057 until 3 P.M. Thursday, October 9, 2025. Proposals submitted after this deadline will be rejected. Upon review, the business or individual best meeting the needs of the City will be contacted for further action.

It is anticipated that work will commence after all contract documents have been signed and returned to the City.
