The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The requirement is for engineering services, technical support, and material to maintain Apache Attack Helicopters (AH-64) for customers. The contractor will be required to provide support to the AAH PMO for the various AH-64 Apache configurations in the areas of engineering services, technical support, and materials that apply to both AH-64 aircraft weapon system, associated components, and training devices. The effort may include requirements definition and analyses, engineering studies, design, development, prototype fabrication, integration, modification, implementation, test, qualification, demonstration, manufacturing, production, field and post production modifications, program support, logistics support, technical services, asset management and support, production planning, training, training device concurrency, publications/interactive electronic technical manual, weapon systems hardware, software and support, maintenance/troubleshooting, repair of assets, and parts marking and tracking. This effort includes determining and reporting the impact to training, publications/interactive electronic technical manuals, technical data, manufacturing planning, and parts marking and tracking to ensure all software and hardware considerations are addressed at the appropriate phases. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years from 1 February 2026 through 30 June 2030.
