The City of Charleston, WV is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of approximately 15 miles of hot-mix asphalt (HMA) throughout the City of Charleston as identified more fully by these specifications. Additional locations shall be permitted by change order upon agreement of the City and Vendor.
Pre-bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the purpose of discussing and clarifying the project drawings and specifications will be held at Charleston City Engineering office at 114 Dickinson Street, Charleston WV 25301 on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
