The County is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide professional engineering services for the design of a new Stafford County Courthouse Facility. The selected A/E shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources for complete design and construction period services for the project in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The facility shall be designed in compliance with the most recently published version of the Virginia Courthouse Facility Guidelines as published by the Supreme Court of Virginia. This facility is also to be designed to achieve LEED Silver certification and in compliance with the Virginia High Performance Buildings Act.
