B.M. Williams Primary School Modifications

The Project Work is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguring two (2) sets of multi-stall bathrooms with new fixtures and finishes; replacing fixtures and finishes in individual classroom and staff bathrooms; upgrading acoustical panel ceilings and light fixtures; demolishing and replacing casework and plumbing fixtures in classrooms; new floor finishes in classrooms, workrooms, and resource rooms; and new paint throughout.

Chesapeake Public Schools, including the School Board (hereafter known as the District) seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide B.M. Williams Primary School Modifications .

Through this Invitation For Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to identify one or more vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.

Based on enrollment, the District is the seventh largest school district in Virginia. With nearly 40,000 students and 6,000 employees in 56 schools and centers, the District is committed to providing excellence in education for the children of Chesapeake.
