RE: TMUA PROJECT NO. WPC 26-4, FY'26 SOUTHSLOPE CAPITAL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENTS

SUBJECT: ADDENDUM 2 - 4/6/2026

Dear Ms. Cantero:

This Addendum 2 consisting of two (2) items is, hereby, made a part of the Contract Documents to the

same extent as though it were originally included, therein, and shall supersede anything contained in

the Plans and Specifications with which it might conflict. Receipt of this Addendum 2 shall be denoted

in Bidder's Proposal. Failure to do so will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

1. Refer to Specification No. 214.04 - Sludge Transfer Pump STP01

a. 214.04.07 - For The Seepex Option, for the PARAMETER "Rotor Assembly," change the VALUE to

"Standard."

b. 214.04.07 - For The Seepex Option, for the PARAMETER "Stator Assembly," change the VALUE to

"Standard."

c. 214.04.18 - Change the first sentence in this paragraph to read as follows:

"Spare Parts: With The Seepex Option provide the following spare parts: (1) stator,

(1) rotor, (2) sets of universal joint assemblies and (2) mechanical seals."

2. Refer to Specification No. 214.05 - Sludge Transfer Pump STP02

a. 214.05.07 - For The Seepex Option, for the PARAMETER "Rotor Assembly," change the VALUE to
