INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000103SL,2: FY26 SW Republic Storage Bay Building Project

MoDOT seeks a qualified vendor to construct a 50’ deep x 24’ wide structure with 2 x 8 exterior perimeter wood stud walls on concrete foundation and footings. Includes 8” concrete floor slab, wood trusses, 26-gauge exterior metal wall panels and roof panels, plywood ceiling panels and interior liner panels, insulation, plumbing, electrical, and incidental site work. Contractors are highly encouraged to review the plans in detail. It is required you contract the buyer of record via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
