This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by Athabasca County (the “County”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Geotechnical Engineering Field Investigation for the West Alberta Regional Waterline project (“the Project”) as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for Geotechnical Engineering Field Investigation to used by the County’s Design Consultant Engineer in the design of the project.
