City of Calgary
The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the supply and installation of hydrogen-diesel dual fuel (HDDF) also known as hydrogen-diesel co-combustion technology on existing City fleet vehicles and equipment (“Units”).
Units will be operated by The City in various municipal duties and must be capable of operation during Calgary’s extreme weather and temperatures.

The City intends to evaluate the emission-reducing potential of HDDF technology. There are presently no City Units powered by hydrogen. As such, the deliverables will be included in one (1) schedule:

•        Schedule A: Supply and installation of hydrogen-diesel dual-fuel technology on City-owned Units

When required, The City will reach out to the Supplier to collaborate and finalize the requirements and specifications for each Unit prior to ordering to ensure accuracy before delivery. Each supplier will be expected to deliver the required equipment, installation, training, parts, and service support throughout the contract period.
