The City of Mineral Springs, Arkansas, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering and consulting services for Arkansas Parks and Tourism grant applications and to provide engineering services upon grant award. Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to Mayor Vera Marks at vera1424mrks@gmail.com by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive informalities.
