The Work involves a building addition for a new Medical Device Reprocessing Department as well as some interior renovation for some Pre-Op areas. The project will be delivered utilizing a phased approach as the Hospital will need to best maintain operations throughout the process. This RFQ tender excludes these previously tendered scopes: earthworks, site utilities, site concrete, piling, foundations, rebar, waterproofing, radon membrane, interior slab, structural steel.
