This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to weatherize the facility as indicated on the
drawings by Black River Design dated 08/09/2024, all mechanical, electrical and communications work will be an alternate
deduct.

Site Visit:	Date: 10/10/2024 9:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a mandatory walk-through meeting for bidders meeting at the site on 10/10/2024 at 9:00 AM. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Directions: 44°30'13.5"N 73°09'58.7"W per Google maps. Watch for Pre bid signs.
