Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 10, 2026 at the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 135 E. Maumee Street, Adrian, Michigan 49221, crushing of concrete in Adrian, MI. Specifications for the upgrades are attached.

All bids to be F.O.B. Adrian, installed.

All bids must be firm for not less than 60 days after official opening of bids.

All bids must contain warranty information on the product being installed.

The City of has a local preference policy

The City of reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.

No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city.

Prepared by the City of Adrian, any addenda issued thereto, and any for the following named unit and lump sum prices as set forth below. Pay items and specifications shall be in accordance with the MDOT 2012 Standard Specifications for Construction handbook unless specified otherwise herein.

GENERAL SCOPE

Crushing concrete to 21AA and/or 22A while removing any material other than concrete. Amount will be determined by how much material the City of Adrian has and how much material the City of Adrian will need per spec.

Site visits can be scheduled prior to the bid opening.

Must follow MDOT 2012 Standard Specifications for Construction.

Per unit price shall include all mobilization costs.
