IFB 25-065 Rooftop Unit Replacement

Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 7925 Winchester Blvd Queens Village, NY 11427, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to replace rooftop units (RTUs) and make-up air units (MAUs) as described and in accordance with the attached schedules outlined in the Scope of Work section of IFB 25-065.

Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 3:00 PM ET

There is an optional Site Visit on Monday, September 29, 2025, 10:00 AM

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday, October 1, 2025, 3:00 PM ET

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Wednesday, October 8, 2025

The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than Thursday, October 16, 2025, 3:00 PM ET No late bids will be accepted.
