PREA Audit Services Qualified Vendor List (QVL)

This document constitutes an invitation for competitive, electronic sealed bids for the development of a Qualified Vendors List (hereinafter referred to as QVL) for Prison Rape Elimination Act (hereinafter referred to as PREA) Audits for the Missouri Department of Corrections (hereinafter referred to as "Department") in accordance with the requirements and provisions as set forth herein. The purpose of this QVL is to enable a more efficient procurement process to acquire the services described herein more quickly than conducting individual solicitations. The Department intends to establish contracts with multiple vendors for use on an as needed basis for PREA auditing services. Contract awards will be made based upon the vendor’s reliability, responsibility, responsiveness, and compliance with the requirements specified herein
