Summary Details
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP)
is seeking proposals
for the purchase and rollout of curbside collection carts.
The selected Respondent shall construct and deliver rolling carts to approximately 10,000 homes, with or without a sub-contractor. Each home will receive 3 carts with different coloured lids for garbage, recycling and yard waste.
This RFP document describes the services sought by the District and sets out the RDOS’ RFP process, basic proposal requirements and the evaluation criteria the District intends to use to select a preferred proposal.
Respondents are encouraged to use innovation to provide a proposal that meets the needs of the Town and adds additional valve to the project.
