Request For Qualifications for CPA Services
The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc., on behalf of Lonoke County, Arkansas is interested in acquiring the services of a CPA to provide the necessary auditing services to comply with Title 2, CFR 200, Uniform Guidance for Federal Award Audits. The amount of funds available for an auditing contract will be negotiable after the RFQ selection process. Procedures for selection of a CPA will be in accordance with procurement requirement of OMB Circular A-102.
All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, and capacity. Experiences desired both state and federal compliance audits. Performance will be assessed in terms of timeliness, completing work within budget and quality of work. Capacity will be evaluated in terms of number and type of staff to be assigned tasks, staff experience and staff time availability. The proposal obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process will start negotiations for overall cost.
