The City of El Dorado is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data for Professional Services for:
• Runway 04/22 (5/23) rehabilitation
• Runway 5/23 Width Reduction
• ALP update w/ narrative
• Taxiway pavement rehabilitation
• Taxiway re-construction
• Runway 13-31 Rehabilitation
• Construction of multiple hangar complex
• Main terminal rehabilitation
• Land use improvements
• Perimeter road construction
• Hangar construction
• Drainage improvements
• Rehabilitation of fence / Install additional perimeter fencing
• Tree obstruction removal
• Wildlife assessment
• Ramp pavement joint sealed
• Projects may not be limited to the items list above
Statements should be received at the South Arkansas Regional Airport, 418 Airport Road, El Dorado Arkansas 71730, by end of business (5:00 p.m.) on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2026, regardless of delivery method. Four (4) sets (one original and three copies) of the statement must be submitted; submissions of less than four (4) sets will not be considered. Please include a cover letter identifying the service offered: the cover letter must be attached to all sets of the statement. Fees are not to be included in or with the statement.
