Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Training

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Path Consulting, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA for training. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities and availability of the vendor.
