Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of mill and overlay of a portion of Ulmer Bridge and repair of the stream crossing will be received by City of Greenwood at the office of the City Offices, 30 Bell Road, Greenwood, AR 72936 until 3:00 p.m. (local time), on Monday, September 14, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
