Description

Blanket Purchase Agreement - 5 years



The Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) Program is looking to make available pesticides for the control of Spotted Lanternfly in affected states. Below outlines the pesticides approved for use in the spotted lanternfly program that would be subject to purchase and the application methods used to apply these pesticides. The USDA is seeking the ability to purchase approved herbicides and insecticides for application in the following states: New Jersey (NJ), Delaware (DE), Pennsylvania (PA), Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), and West Virginia (WV). It is anticipated that SLF pesticide purchases may be necessary in other states as well. Below is a list of approved pesticides to be purchased from Contractors for the SLF Program.





The approved insecticides:



Dinotefuran

Bifenthrin

Beta-cyfluthrin

Beauveria bassiana





The approved herbicides:





Triclopyr

Glyphosate





Deadline for submission 21 July 2025 5:00 pm EST

No more than 50 pages





Question must be submitted by 20 July 2025 5:00pm
