Sealed Bids for the construction of Water and Sewer Relocations project will be opened by the Cabot Water Works at One City Plaza, Suite B, Cabot, Arkansas 72023 until 1:00 PM, September 22, 2206, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read. The Project generally consists of the construction of approximately 12,280 linear feet of varying diameter water line relocation, 400 linear feet of 3-inch pressure sewer force main, and 780 linear feet of varying diameter gravity sewer related to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) Project No. 060906 together with incidental and ancillary work.
This Project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) as enacted under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58). All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials incorporated into the Project shall be produced and manufactured in the United States, unless a waiver is granted in accordance with applicable federal regulations.
The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda may be examined at the following locations:

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Crist Engineers, Inc. online at www.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $25.00 for each set. NO REFUNDS of payment will be made, and no partial sets will be issued.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders appearing in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders must be licensed contractors qualified for business in the State of Arkansas before submitting a bid on this work.
This publication was paid for by the Cabot Water Works. The amount to be paid for this publication is $351.68.
